Each two-piece balloon holder is a plastic cup with holes to tie the balloon on and a stick. The stick holds the cup and everything stands up straight. The large cup and stick holds a 6 inch heart inside an 11" clear balloon. Twisters often put figures on sticks to hold the figure up in the air or to strengthen a figure's construction. Cups and sticks sold separately.
