The Terms and Conditions of Sale are plain and simple. We will ship to you the merchandise that you order subject to availability. If we are temporarily out of stock on an item but can acquire it within 2-4 business days, we will wait that time to complete your order. If the delay is longer, you will be notified and asked if you want to wait the time or have the partial order shipped and the balance shipped at a later time and at no addtional shipping cost to you.
All shipments will be made, when possible, within 24 hours of receipt. Your order will be processed only after Credit Card Approval is acquired. We will accept orders by check:
1) At Checkout time, you will get your Order Total having selected your Shipping Zone and Method.
2) Click 'Secure checkout'.
3) READ the terms and Conditions, then Click the 'I accept the terms and conditions.' button.
4) Your are now advanced to the Secure Checkout Page for personal billing and shipping information. Complete that page and click 'NEXT'.
5)Click 'Send Order' button. Ignore and close the subsequent window.
We ship by FedEx ground, UPS ground or Priority Mail when possible unless you specify otherwise. FedEx and UPS are usually more prompt and reliable than Priority Mail. 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, and Overnight Air by FedEx and UPS shipments are welcomed. FedEx Ground delivers in 1 to 5 days depending upon location. In Texas, it is usually quicker than 2nd day air. Alaska, Hawaii and possesion islands are shipped by Priority Mail or FedEx Air as per your request. Military Addresses are shipped Priority Mail only. International Shipments are shipped by Air Parcel Post or FedEx Economy as per your request.
If you want your order insured, please indicate so. $3.00 per $100 value will be added to your order. (Please note the insurance request during check out in the "Your notice to us" box.)
Shipping estimates are subject to actual requirements. Your actual shipping cost may vary from the posted. If so, you will be debited the difference when necessary.
Possession Liability: You assume liability for your order when the carrier receives the package of your order. If the order is lost, stolen or damaged, it becomes a matter between you and the carrier. If you requested insurance on your order, the carrier will reimburse you for the cost of the order or will have the order replace. If you do not request insurance, then the loss becomes your liability. Without insurance, Priority Mail will only reimburse the postal fees and will not replace the order, regardless of cost. FedEx and UPS offer a limited replacement cost without the purchase of addtional insurance. Ground shipments are covered to $100. FedEx Air up to $200.
On International Orders, all Duties, Customs Fees, Brokerage Fees, and/or PST Fees are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. If these fees are not paid by the Purchaser and Clowning Around is charged these fees, your credit card account will be charged for these Fees together with a minimum $1.00 handling fee.
Refunds: All Sales are Final. Contested Credit Card Charges: Should anyone initiate a transaction investigation causing an unnecessary chargeback and subsequent penalty fee assessed against a legitimate sale and transaction, the same person is liable for the full amount of the original charge and any added on penalty fees generated by the chargeback proceedure. Before contesting a transaction, please call Clowning Around at 210-696-0064 and discuss the details of the transaction for verification and possible correction to any errors on the part of Clowning Around. This is the fastest and most economical way to resolve your questions.
